The Lord Himself directs the evolution of the world of the five elements; He Himself infuses the five senses into it.
jan naanak satgur maylay aapay har aapay jhagar chukhaavai. ||2||3||
O servant Nanak, the Lord Himself unites us with the True Guru; He Himself resolves the conflicts. ||2||3||

In plain words

The One shaped the whole world and gave us our senses to feel and know it.

And the One brings us to wisdom and quietly settles our quarrels.

The One who made the whole world also helps settle our quarrels and smooth things over.
The deeper layer

The verse widens to the One as maker of everything — "the world of the five elements... the five senses" — and closes with a lovely, practical mercy: "He Himself resolves the conflicts (jhagar)." The One doesn't just make the world; it helps settle our quarrels and smooth the tangles between people. For a child: the One who made the whole world also helps settle our quarrels and smooth things over.

A Question to Sit With

When you have a quarrel, what helps settle it and smooth things over?
