By the Lord's Kind Mercy, O Nanak, one obtains the Lord's meditation, and the support of the Naam. ||2||5||

In plain words

Look up to the person who carries the good deep in their heart.

It's a gift of kindness to be able to keep the good close and lean on it.

Honor the people who carry goodness in their hearts — and remember that keeping the good close is itself a gift.
The deeper layer

The verse closes in respect and grace: "bow in reverence to that humble being within whose heart the Lord abides... by the Lord's Mercy one obtains His meditation, and the support of the Name." Two notes: honor the people who carry real goodness inside, and remember that even the ability to keep the good close is itself a gift. For a child: honor the people who carry goodness in their hearts — and remember that keeping the good close is itself a gift.

A Question to Sit With

Who do you know that seems to carry real goodness deep in their heart?
