Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
There is only one Creator, and no other at all.
Through the Guru's Word, you are joined with the One.
Whoever serves the True One finds the sweet taste of joy.
Nanak says: they settle easily into the Naam.
One Maker, and you belong to it.
There is one Creator and no other, and serving the True One brings joy.
Ayko kartaa avar na ko-ay is the Ik of Ik Onkar, oneness as the only reality, with no second. Ras paa-i-aa means the juice, the joy tasted directly.
