Hindus and Muslims have one and the same Master.
What can the Mullah do, and what can the Shaykh, the respected elder, do?
There is one Master for everyone, whatever name we use.
Hindoo turak kaa saahib ayk means "Hindus and Muslims have one Master." Turak was the old word for Muslims. Saahib means Master.
Think of two children in one family. One calls her "Mom" and the other says "Mother." They are calling the same person.
Then kah karai mulaan kah karai saykh: "what can the Mullah do, what can the Shaykh do?" A Mullah is a mosque teacher. A Shaykh is a respected elder and guide. Once you see the single Source, no religious leader on any side can split people apart. Kabir names both faiths and places neither above the other. The One belongs to all.
