Tis kee dhar prabh kaa man jor: the One is the support, and the One's power fills the mind. Ayk binaa doojaa nahee hor: apart from the One there is no other. Naanak kai man ih purkhaarath: this is the courage in Nanak's mind. Prabhoo hamaaraa saaray su-aarath: the One will bring every aim of life to its end.
Think of a kite on a windy day. It climbs high because someone steady is holding the string.
