The One is all of nature in its wild variety, and the one who makes it bloom and bear fruit.
The One is the gardener who waters every plant and tastes the fruit too.
The One makes and enjoys, gives and inspires giving, protects and fills everything, everywhere.
And the wonder is: this endlessly generous Giver has no greed at all.
The aapay litany turns to nature: the One is "the vast variety of Nature (kudrat)" and "the Gardener who irrigates all the plants." It's an image of tender, patient care — the whole living world watered and tended by One who also "puts the fruit in His mouth," enjoying creation from within. The closing line is quietly astonishing: this Giver "who gives and causes others to give... has no greed at all." Pure generosity, wanting nothing back — the very opposite of the grasping the Vaar warns against. For a child: the One is like a gardener who waters every plant with love and asks for nothing in return.
What would it be like to give to others the way a gardener waters plants — just because they need it?
