Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Remembering the One who upholds the world, everything has come right.

The trouble is gone and a peace that is true has come, as I remember the One who knows every heart.

Holding something steady in mind can help a hard thing come right.
The deeper layer

The Rahau. gobid simar ho-aa kali-aan — well-being through remembrance. mitee upaaDh bha-i-aa sukh saachaa — disturbance erased, a peace that lasts arriving. antarjaamee simri-aa jaan — remembering the inner-knower who understands all.

A Question to Sit With

What steadies you when something feels like it is going wrong?
