Your glorious radiance is great! So I have heard, O God. Millions of sins are destroyed by Your Name. ||1||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Whatever anyone does, You already see and know it; there is no corner where it could be hidden away.

I have heard how bright and great You are -- that countless mistakes melt away just at the touch of Your Name.

Being fully seen and being forgiven belong together.
The deeper layer

jo jo keeno so tum jaani-o -- all is seen and known. kot aghaa tayro naam haran -- the Name lifting away countless faults. Being fully seen is paired with being fully forgiven -- the two go together.

A Question to Sit With

Does it feel scary or safe to be fully known, and when is it which?
