ਮਨਿ ਤਨਿ ਰਵਿ ਰਹਿਆ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮੁ ਦੂਖ ਦਰਦ ਸਗਲਾ ਮਿਟਿ ਗਇਆ ॥
man tan rav rahi-aa har pareetam dookh darad saglaa mit ga-i-aa.
The Lord, my Beloved, is pervading and permeating my mind and body; all my pains and sufferings are dispelled.
ਸਾਂਤਿ ਸਹਜ ਆਨਦ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਏ ਦੂਤ ਦੁਸਟ ਸਭਿ ਹੋਏ ਖਇਆ ॥੧॥
saaNt sahj aanad gun gaa-ay doot dusat sabh ho-ay kha-i-aa. ||1||
In celestial peace, tranquility and bliss, I sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord; my enemies and adversaries have been totally destroyed. ||1||

The One I love flows through my mind and body, and all my aches and hurts have lifted away.
Settled and calm and glad, I sing Your praises, and every trouble that came against me simply dissolves.
When peace fills you, many troubles quietly lose their hold.
man tan rav rahi-aa -- the Beloved pervading mind and body. saant sahj aanad -- peace, natural ease (sahj), and joy. The literal has enemies destroyed; carried here as troubles dissolving of their own accord, no one struck down.
