He remains lovingly focused on God, who is permeating the fourteen worlds, the nether regions of the underworld, the galaxies and solar systems. ||18||

In plain words

On the fourteenth day, imagine rising above being ruled by the clock and by your own restless moods, into a calm, steady state underneath all of that.

There, the heat of the sun and the cool of the moon inside you come into balance, and you begin to understand what all the seeking was for.

And you stay resting on the One -- the same One filling every world, every galaxy, every hidden depth. The whole vast universe, held by one presence.

Rise above the clock and your moods, and you find something calm holding the whole universe.
The deeper layer

chaudas, the fourteenth day. The one who enters chauthaa (the fourth state) rises above kaal (time) and the three qualities (raajas, taamas, sat). "The sun enters the house of the moon" is an old yoga image for the inner energies coming into balance. khand brahmand -- galaxies and solar systems: the cosmic scope, all rahi-aa liv laa-ay -- held in one loving presence.

A Question to Sit With

When do you feel most calm and balanced inside?
