No End To Find

ਸਰਨਿ ਪਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਤੇਰੀਆ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕੀ ਵਡਿਆਈ ॥
saran paray parabh tayree-aa parabh kee vadi-aa-ee.
O God, I seek Your Sanctuary, the glorious greatness of God. Nanak:
ਨਾਨਕ ਅੰਤੁ ਨ ਪਾਈਐ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਗੁਸਾਈ ॥੪॥੩੨॥੬੨॥
naanak ant na paa-ee-ai bay-ant gusaa-ee. ||4||32||62||
Your end or limitation cannot be found, O Infinite World-Lord. ||4||32||62||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

I have come into Your shelter, into the great and shining goodness of the One.

Nanak says: however far you look, You have no end and no edge — endless One who holds the whole world.

Some good things are so vast you could never reach their end.
The deeper layer

Saran paray prabh tayree-aa, prabh kee vadi-aa-ee — entering the shelter of the One's greatness; ant na paa-ee-ai, bay-ant gusaa-ee — no end to be found. Boundless, with no edge anywhere.

A Question to Sit With

What is something so big it fills you with awe to think about?
