Whoever enters the Sanctuary of Guru Nanak, is blessed with the gifts of fearlessness and peace. ||4||||1||81||

In plain words

You cannot be weighed. There is no scale big enough — You are beyond measuring, beyond measuring, beyond measuring — and still You love the ones who love You.

Nanak says: whoever comes into the Guru's shelter is handed two gifts at once, fearlessness and peace.

The One who cannot be measured still measures you as beloved.
The deeper layer

The One is too great to be measured, and still loves those who love the One.

Atul atul atul nah tulee-ai means "beyond weighing, beyond weighing, beyond weighing; the One cannot be weighed." Atul means too big for any scale. Saying it three times is like trying to measure the ocean with a teacup and giving up with a smile.

Bhagat vachhal kirpaa-ay means the kind One is bhagat vachhal. It means the One who loves devotees the way a mother loves her child. It is one of the tenderest names for the One.

Jo jo saran pari-o gur naanak means whoever comes to Guru Nanak's shelter. Abhai daan sukh paa-ay means they receive the gifts of fearlessness and peace.

This ties back to the start of the shabad. Fearlessness and peace are the two gifts waiting in the shelter.

A Question to Sit With

Can something be huge beyond imagining and still be gentle with you?
