gur kirpaa tay naam vakhaan. ||3||
By Guru's Grace, one chants the Naam, the Name of the Lord. ||3||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

A life turned toward the One in love is a life that has arrived. Through the teacher's kindness, the Name rises naturally to your lips.

A life turned toward the One in love is a life that has arrived.
The deeper layer

Har kee bhagat janam parvaan -- through devotion, life is approved/accepted. Parvaan -- accepted, its purpose met. Gur kirpaa tay naam vakhaan -- by the teacher's grace, one speaks the Name. Devotion (bhagat) here is loving turning-toward, and it is what makes a life 'arrive' at its meaning.

A Question to Sit With

What would it mean for your life to have 'arrived' -- not later, but in how you live today?
