In Good Company You Find the Real Treasure

ਸਾਧਸੰਗਿ ਪਾਈਐ ਨਿਧਿ ਨਾਮਾ ॥
saaDhsang paa-ee-ai niDh naamaa.
In the Saadh Sangat, the treasure of the Name is obtained.
ਸਾਧਸੰਗਿ ਪੂਰਨ ਸਭਿ ਕਾਮਾ ॥੨॥
saaDhsang pooran sabh kaamaa. ||2||
In the Saadh Sangat, all one's works are brought to fruition. ||2||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

In the company of the good, you find the deepest treasure there is: the Name. And there, somehow, all the things that needed doing quietly come right.

In good company you find the real treasure -- and life falls into place around it.
The deeper layer

Saadhsang paa-ee-ai nidh naamaa -- in good company the treasure of the Name is found. Pooran sabh kaamaa -- all works come to fruition. Nidh (treasure) frames the Name as the real wealth. The second line is gentle and practical: a life rooted in this treasure finds its tasks falling into place, not by magic but by right priority.

A Question to Sit With

When your most important thing is sorted out, do the smaller things get easier too?
