ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਜਿਸੁ ਪੂਰਾ ਭਾਗੁ ॥
kaho naanak jis pooraa bhaag.
Says Nanak, those who have perfect destiny

Those blessed with the fullest good fortune are the ones whose minds settle onto the Name and stay. That settling is itself the blessing at work.
A mind that rests on the Name is a blessing coming to fruit.
The closing couplet. Jis pooraa bhaag -- those of perfect destiny. Naam sang taa kaa man laag -- their mind is attached to the Name. The shabad ends by naming the whole thing as grace: the mind's ability to rest on the Name is not willpower but fortune ripening.
