In plain words

The world can feel like a burning ocean, and the pull of shiny, passing things is strong. But those who have found the true guide stay calm and cool right in the middle of it.

You can stay cool and steady right in the middle of the world's heat.
The deeper layer

You can stay cool and calm right in the middle of the world's heat.

Agan saagar mahaa vi-aapai maa-i-aa — maa-i-aa fills this great ocean of fire. Maa-i-aa, or Maya, is the dazzle of things that do not last. It is the shiny new thing that is exciting today and forgotten tomorrow. Chasing it can make the world feel like it is burning.

Say seetal jin satgur paa-i-aa — those who have found the True Guru are cool. Seetal, cool, is the opposite of that burning. It is not running away from the world. It is a coolness inside that the world's heat cannot reach. Like a drink of cold water on a hot day, it steadies you right where you are.

A Question to Sit With

When everything around you feels hot and rushed, what keeps you cool inside?
