In plain words

Some people gather the true wealth: the Name of the One, held in the heart.

They move through the world freely and at ease, and their tasks come together and get done.

Gather the one true wealth inside, and you move through the world freely and at ease.
The deeper layer

When you hold the Name inside, you can move through the world at ease.

Thaatee paa-ee har ko naam — they have gained the wealth of the Name. Thaatee is savings, the solid ground you stand on. With that inner ground in place, a person can bichar sansaar, move about the world, free and unburdened. Pooran sabh kaam — all their work gets done.

Think of a phone with a full battery. You can go all day without worrying about it. Being secure inside makes life outside easier. A settled heart handles the world lightly.

A Question to Sit With

What inner "wealth" helps you feel calm and capable when life gets busy?
