The devotees have found the treasure of the Naam; their minds and bodies are satisfied and satiated.

O Nanak, the Dear Lord gives it only to those who surrender to the Lord's Command. ||3||12||133||

In plain words

Those who love the One find the treasure of the Name, and their hearts and bodies feel full and completely satisfied.

And the One gives this gift to whoever comes into tune with the flow of existence, saying a full-hearted yes to it.

Deep satisfaction comes when you finally come into tune with the way things really are.
The deeper layer

Naam khajaanaa bhagtee paa-i-aa — the treasure of the Name is found through bhagti, loving devotion; man tan tripat aghaa-ay — mind and body are satisfied and satiated, the hunger finally stilled. The closing line names the condition gently: taa ka-o dayvai jaa ka-o hukam manaa-ay — the One gives it to those brought to accept the hukam. This is mannai (inner alignment, saying yes to the flow of existence — never mere 'faith'; see guidelines) meeting hukam (the flow itself). The gift lands in the heart that has come into tune with reality.

A Question to Sit With

When have you felt truly 'full' inside — not from food, but content all the way through?
