In plain words

Some hearts are filled with the wealth of the Oneness, their true riches. They pass that gift on just by being near. Spend time in their company, and your own pain quietly slips away.

In the company of a heart full of real wealth, pain eases.
The deeper layer

Being near someone whose heart is full of the One's wealth helps pain ease.

Har dhan jaa kai garihi vasai — those in whose garih, home, the wealth of the One lives. The home here means the heart.

Tin sang dukh nasai — in their company, pain runs away.

The shabad ends where it began, with good company. Goodness does not only ease your own ache. Its comfort spreads to others nearby. Think of sitting beside a warm fire on a cold night. You did not light it, but you still get warm.

This is the shabad's comfort about good company. It is not a promise that just being near someone will take away another person's pain.

A Question to Sit With

Who makes your troubles feel lighter simply by being around — and how do they do it?
