Verse 4 of 5

Taste the One and Drink From an Inner Spring

rasnaa har ras chaakhi-aa sahj subhaa-ay. gur kirpaa tay sach samaa-ay.
One whose tongue naturally and intuitively tastes the Lord's sublime essence, by Guru's Grace, is absorbed in the True Lord.
saachay raatee gur sabad veechaar.
Imbued with Truth, one contemplates the Word of the Guru's Shabad,
amrit peevai nirmal Dhaar. ||3||
and drinks in the Ambrosial Nectar, from the immaculate stream within. ||3||

In plain words

But the tongue that naturally tastes the One's sweetness -- by grace -- melts into the True One. Soaked in truth, it turns the Word over and over, and drinks the nectar from the pure stream that flows inside.

The tongue that tastes the One drinks a sweetness flowing from a pure spring inside.
The deeper layer

The bright mirror of the previous pauri: the tongue that does taste (by grace) drinks the nectar from the immaculate stream within -- realization as an inner spring, not an external source. Har Ras and Rang (saturated in truth) together.

A Question to Sit With

Where do you find a "sweetness" that seems to come from inside rather than outside?
