There seem to be two roads — but know that the One is the Master of both. Through the living Word I can recognize the flow of existence and how it moves.
Life can seem to split into two roads, but one Master holds them both.
Raah dovai — two roads. These are all the different ways life can seem to pull us. Khasam ayko — yet there is one Master over both.
The shabad keeps coming back to hukam, the flow of existence. We come to recognize it through the shabad, the Guru's Word.
Think of two paths up the same hill. They look like they go different ways, but the same hill holds them both. Even the feeling that life is divided rests on one ground.
When you feel pulled between two directions, what helps you remember they share one ground?
