Settle Truth Deep and Know the Path's Worth

ਜਿਸ ਕੈ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਸਾਚੁ ਵਸਾਵੈ ॥
jis kai antar saach vasaavai.
Those who enshrine the True Lord deep within,
ਜੋਗ ਜੁਗਤਿ ਕੀ ਕੀਮਤਿ ਪਾਵੈ ॥੨॥
jog jugat kee keemat paavai. ||2||
realize the value of the Way of Yoga. ||2||

In plain words

Some people settle the Truth deep inside themselves. They are the ones who finally understand what this whole way of living is worth.

Settle Truth deep inside, and you finally understand what the path is worth.
The deeper layer

When Truth really lives inside you, you finally understand what the path is worth.

Jis kai antar saach vasaavai — the one who lets Truth make its home inside. Jog jugat kee keemat paavai — that person learns the true value of the seeker's way. Keemat means worth or value.

It is like a recipe. Reading it tells you a little. Cooking it and tasting the food tells you what it is really worth.

So the worth of a path is measured by what lives inside you, not by how it looks from the outside.

A Question to Sit With

What is something whose real value you only understood after living it, not just hearing about it?
