Jin kai hirdai har har so-ee — those whose heart is filled with the One. Saying har har twice is the warmth of loving repetition, like saying a dear name again. Tin kaa daras paras sukh ho-ee — their daras, presence, and paras, touch or company, bring sukh, peace.
This picks up the sunrise from the opening verse. Good souls give off calm, and being near them settles you. Think of a friend who makes you feel calmer just by sitting next to you. They are not special objects of worship. A heart full of the One is simply a peaceful place to stand beside.
