In plain words

Who has ever turned toward the true teacher and *not* been made whole? Everyone who loves this way is welcomed and honored. All the greatness there is, is found in the Name.

No one who truly turns toward the teaching is turned away — all greatness lives in the Name.
The deeper layer

No one who truly turns toward the true Guru is turned away.

The last verse opens with a question that hugs everyone. Satgur tay kavan kavan na seedho mayray bhaa-ee — who, who has not been made whole by the true Guru, my brothers and sisters? The answer: no one who truly turned. Bhagtee seedhay dar sobhaa paa-ee — the devotees are made whole and welcomed with honor at the One's door. Picture walking into a room where everyone is glad you came.

Then the whole shabad sums up in one line. Naanak raam naam vadi-aa-ee — all greatness is in the Name. Nanak's name at the end seals it.

A Question to Sit With

What does it mean to you that everyone who sincerely turns is welcomed — no exceptions?
