The Perfect Guru is the Ambrosial Pool of the Lord's Nectar; join the Holy Congregation, and wash away this pollution. ||7||

In plain words

O camel-mind, you are my very breath — so let the grime of pretending and doubt wash off you. The Perfect Teacher is like a clear pool of living water; step into the company of good hearts, and the grime simply lifts away.

Step into the clear pool of the teaching, among good hearts, and the grime of pretending and doubt lifts away.
The deeper layer

Man karhalaa mayray paraan — now the mind is paraan, "my breath of life": the address has climbed from "camel" to "friend" to "breath" — ever more intimate. Har amrit sar gur poori-aa — the Perfect Guru is an amrit sar, a pool of nectar/living water. Mil sangtee mal leh jaa-ay — join the sangat (good company) and the mal (grime of pakhand and bharam, pretending and doubt) washes away. The cleansing is gentle and communal — you don't scrub alone; you step into clear water among good hearts.

A Question to Sit With

Who are the "good hearts" whose company leaves you feeling clearer and more yourself?
