Says Nanak, that devotee who realizes the state of the Lord, Har, Har, is blessed with the treasure of the Naam. ||8||11||

In plain words

Nanak says: whoever comes to know this state, and feels the One over and over, is given the whole treasure.

That treasure is the Name, and a heart full of loving devotion.

The one who truly knows this constant Friend is given the whole treasure: the Name.
The deeper layer

Whoever truly knows this constant Friend is given the whole treasure: the Name.

Kaho naanak har har pad cheen — says Nanak, the one who recognizes the state of the One. Pad means state or place, and cheen means to recognize. Sarbas naam bhagat ka-o deen — the whole treasure, the Name, is given to the devotee. Sarbas means everything there is.

The shabad began by longing for a friend who would stay to the end. It ends by finding that friend. The Friend is the Name itself, given completely to the loving heart. It is like searching the whole house for your best friend and finding them in your own room, waiting.

A Question to Sit With

What friendship in your life feels like a treasure you'd never trade?
