In plain words

Those who love the One have seen clearly that the One is the Giver of everything — every good thing flows from that Source.

Nanak says: with each breath they keep the One in mind; simply seeing that Presence is all the support they need. When the One is your ground, every breath becomes a kind of remembering.

When the One is your ground, every breath becomes a quiet remembering, and simply seeing that Presence is support enough.
The deeper layer

The One gives everything, and seeing the One is support enough for every breath.

Daasah ayk nihaari-aa — the lovers of the One have gazed upon the single Giver, sabh kachh dayvanhaar, Giver of all. The keynote is saas saas simrat, remembrance with every breath, and daras adhaar, the darshan (blessed seeing) of the One as their whole support. It is pure warmth, and it prepares the "Dadda" Pauri, on the One as the Giver whose giving never runs out.

A Question to Sit With

What would it be like to notice, with each breath, the good things that come to you from beyond yourself?
