This is the Rahao, the "pause" line at the center of the shabad. Saaval sundar raam-ee-aa — O my dark and beautiful One. Saaval means dark-hued. It echoes loving names for the Divine, and it is spoken with delight, the way you might say "my dear." Mayraa man laagaa tohi — my mind is held by You.
After the picture of the flames, the shabad rests here for a moment in plain love. Think of a little kid in a crowd who keeps looking for one face, their mom's. The heart turns there by itself. Everything else in the shabad flows from this love.
