Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

How can I meet my beloved true teacher? Every moment, I bow to him. How will I ever meet my perfect teacher?

The aching question "how can I meet the teacher?" is itself the beginning of the meeting.
The deeper layer

The Rahao: the repeated, aching question how can I meet? expresses longing and constant humility (bowing every moment). The longing itself is the readiness for the meeting answered in the next verse.

A Question to Sit With

Is there something you long for so much that the longing shapes your days?
