Consider this well, O Saints, O Siblings of Destiny - search your own hearts, seek and find Him there.
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਰੂਪੁ ਸਭ ਜੋਤਿ ਸਬਾਈ ਹਰਿ ਨਿਕਟਿ ਵਸੈ ਹਰਿ ਕੋਲੀ ॥੨॥
har har roop sabh jot sabaa-ee har nikat vasai har kolee. ||2||
The Beauty and the Light of the Lord, Har, Har, is present in all. In all places, the Lord dwells near by, close at hand. ||2||

Think carefully, friends: search inside your own hearts, and you will find the One there. Its beauty and light are in everyone, in every place. The One lives close by, right at hand.
Search your own heart -- the One is already there, closer than anything.
The interior turn (cf. the jewel within, the Friend within): search your own heart -- the One is within, and its light is in all, near at hand (Soul-Bride: nearer than near). Realization is recognition of what is already closest, not acquisition of something distant.
