ਜਗੰਨਾਥ ਜਗਦੀਸੁਰ ਕਰਤੇ ਸਭ ਵਸਗਤਿ ਹੈ ਹਰਿ ਕੇਰੀ ॥

O Lord of the World, Master of the Universe, everything is under Your control.

Servant Nanak has come to Your Sanctuary, Lord; please, preserve the honor of Your humble servant. ||4||6||20||58||

Master of the whole universe, everything is in your control. I have come to your shelter -- please protect my honor.
Everything is in the One's control -- so the soul rests its honor in its shelter.
The close: Hukam (everything under the One's control) and refuge. The plea to preserve the honor of the servant (cf. the One guards its servant). The soul rests its standing entirely in the One's hands.
