In plain words

By the kindness of good, true-hearted people, I hold the Name close and sing the praises of the One.

By that same kindness, every ache is soothed, and the ties that had me bound quietly come loose.

Good company is where the aches ease and the tight knots come loose.
The deeper layer

Guru Arjan says every good thing in this verse comes through the kindness of good people.

Four lines start the same way: sant parsaad, "by the grace of the saints," the kindness of good, true-hearted people. Through that kindness, one remembers the Name and sings keertan, songs of praise. All pains are erased. And one is banDhan tay chhutay, set free from what ties us up.

The repeating helps us feel the point. Change comes through other people, not alone. It is like learning to ride a bike. Someone runs beside you, holding the seat, until one day you are riding. It is the same note as Gurprasad, the Guru's grace, now found in sangat, good company. And remembering and singing are shown warmly, as gifts.

A Question to Sit With

Who are the good people in your life whose kindness quietly makes your troubles lighter?
