In plain words

I feel truly rich and truly lucky, because I've received the True Name. And so I sing what is good about the One with an easy, natural joy — the kind that doesn't have to be forced.

The richest thing you can have is the True Name — and the joy of it comes easily, not by forcing.
The deeper layer

Having the True Name makes you truly rich, and it fills you with an easy joy.

This line is the rahaa-o, the "pause," the center of the whole shabad. Here the center comes first. Ham dhanvant bhaagath sach naa-ay — I am rich and lucky, for I have the sach naa-ay, the True Name. It is a bold, happy thing to say.

Har gun gaavah sahj subhaa-ay — I sing the One's praises with natural ease. Sahj is a calm, natural flow. The joy is not forced. It bubbles up on its own, like laughter at a good joke.

This sets the tone for the whole shabad. It is not about striving. It is about delight, the gladness of finding out you already have something priceless.

A Question to Sit With

What's something you already have that makes you feel genuinely lucky when you stop to notice it?
