ਐਸੋ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਮਨ ਮਾਹਿ ਧਿਆਇ ॥

It will be your help and support everywhere you go, in the good times and the hard ones alike.
The One's help does not come and go with your good and bad days — it stays.
The rahau. Ghat avghat jat kateh sahaa-ay — through smooth ground and rough, in every place, the One is help. The refrain gathers the shabad's vision of a One who does not appear only in good weather but stays present through everything.
