ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਿਅ ਬਚਨ ਤੁਹਾਰੇ ॥
amritaa pari-a bachan tuhaaray.
O Beloved, Your Words are Ambrosial Nectar.
ਅਤਿ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਮਨਮੋਹਨ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਸਭਹੂ ਮਧਿ ਨਿਰਾਰੇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

Beloved, Your words are nectar.
Supremely beautiful Enchanter — You are within all, and yet apart from all.
The One is fully present in everything, yet not contained by anything — woven through all, and free beyond all.
The Pause line holds a profound paradox: the One is "among all, and yet distinct from all" — fully present in everything, yet not exhausted or contained by anything. Right inside us and far beyond us, at once. This is the raag's non-dual precision: the One is not merely 'in' the world (that would trap it) nor merely 'beyond' it (that would distance it), but both — the enchanting presence woven through all, and the free reality beyond all.
