In plain words

It hangs on the necks of the accomplished, the seekers, the demigods and mortals alike.

Nanak's support is the Creator, who has millions of servants just like her.

The glitter that leashes even the gods is, from the One's view, just one servant among millions — not a rival power.
The deeper layer

The close completes the reversal begun in P0. Maya clings to "the necks" of everyone — even the accomplished siddhas and the gods — a leash on the greatest. But the final line puts her in her place with a single devastating line: the Creator "has millions of slaves like her." The all-conquering glitter is herself just one servant among millions in the One's household. Seen from the One, Maya is not a rival power but an employee. That perspective is the whole freedom: nothing that serves the One can finally rule you if you belong to the One too.

A Question to Sit With

How does it change a fear to see it not as an overlord but as something that ultimately answers to a greater good?
