Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Set the teaching's feet within your heart,

and illness, sorrow and pain lift; all suffering comes to an end.

The deepest healing is inner-sourced — placing the good at the center of the heart is what dispels the troubles.
The deeper layer

The Pause line promises the ending of "illness, sorrow and pain" to the one who enshrines the teaching "within your heart." The healing is inner-sourced — placing the good at the center of the heart is what dispels the troubles. The medicine is not applied from outside; it is installed within.

A Question to Sit With

What might ease if you moved something good from the edges to the center of your heart?
