He Himself, all by Himself, is all-pervading; He Himself blesses us with sincere love for the Naam, the Name of the Lord. ||1||

In plain words

The One itself is the Yogi, and the way through all the ages.

Fearless, it is absorbed in its own deep stillness.

All by itself, it fills everything; it itself blesses us with sincere love for the Name.

The One is everything and does everything — it's the seeker and the sought, the path and the traveler. Even the love you feel for it was given by it. There's nothing outside the One, not even your own devotion.
The deeper layer

This shabad is an aapay litany — "He Himself... He Himself..." — a form Guru Ram Das and Guru Arjan both love (see the aapay vision, and Bihaagraa's litany). Everything is the One, doing everything, being everything: it is the Yogi and the path, the meditator and the meditation, the seeker and the sought. This is Ik Onkar pressed to its fullest — there is no second anywhere, so every role in the drama is the One playing it. Even "He blesses us with love for the Name" — the very love we feel for the One is given by the One. There is nothing outside it, not even our devotion. It is the source of the longing it receives.

A Question to Sit With

If the One is in everything and even gives you your love for it, is there anywhere it isn't? How does that feel?
