Blessed, blessed, is my Great Lord and Master God; O Nanak, meditate on Him, worship Him with sincere love and devotion. ||4||3||9||

In plain words

Hold the One of the world in mind — hold it within.

The One is the only real profit in this world.

Blessed, blessed is my great One; Nanak, hold it in mind, and worship with sincere love.

Of everything you could spend a life gathering, only one thing keeps its full value forever — and the way to 'hold' it is with sincere, wholehearted love.
The deeper layer

The shabad closes by naming the One "the only real profit in this world" (saar vaapaar) — of all the things a life could gather, only this one holds its value. Everything else is a losing trade eventually; this alone appreciates and cannot be stolen (the merchant-theology of the whole tradition). And it ends, as Guru Ram Das's shabads do, in worship "with sincere love" — that word sincere one more time, guarding to the last against hollow devotion. Held in mind, worshipped truly, the One is the single investment that pays forever. The repeated "blessed, blessed" is the overflow of a heart that has found it.

A Question to Sit With

What's the one thing worth gathering that never loses its value? How is it different from everything else you might chase?
