In plain words

In the Sangat of holy people, remember the One with love.

Nanak says: then you find the Perfect One.

Loving remembrance in the Sangat leads you to what is already whole.
The deeper layer

Remember the One with love in the Sangat, and you find the Perfect One.

The verse says saaDhsang rang parabh Dhi-aa-i-aa. SaaDhsang is the Sangat. Rang means love, the way a color soaks into cloth. So in the Sangat, remember the One with love.

Then: kaho naanak tin pooraa paa-i-aa, "says Nanak, they find the Perfect One." Pooraa means complete, lacking nothing.

This ties the whole shabad together. The Sangat plus loving remembrance leads to wholeness. It is like a jigsaw puzzle. The pieces were always in the box. Good friends help you see where they go. Nanak names himself as the closing voice.
