The Holy, Saintly devotees are sublime and exalted. They enshrine the Naam, the Name of the Lord, deep within.

By the touch of the Holy and the humble servants of the Lord, the Lord God is seen. ||5||
Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
The holy, the saints, the people of the One are good and noble. They keep the Naam deep inside.
By the touch of these holy people, the One, the Lord of all, is seen.
Spend time near people who carry light, and some of it becomes yours.
Holy people keep the Naam inside, and near them the One becomes something you can see.
SaaDh jan neekay: the holy are noble, because antar naam Dhareejai, they hold the Naam within. Paras nipras: by their touch, by being close to them, har bhagvaan, the Lord, is seen. Think of standing near a warm fire. You do not have to do anything; the warmth reaches you.
