In plain words

Praise the True One, who is *always right here* — never far. Through the Guru's **shabad**, you realize He is filling everything, brimming over in every place. By the Guru's grace, the True One actually comes into view, becomes visible to you — and it's from that True One alone that real peace comes.

The One was never far — He's brimming in this very moment; grace simply opens the eye that finally sees Him.
The deeper layer

This verse says the True One is always right here, and grace opens our eyes to see Him.

The key words are sadaa hajooray — always present, always right here. The shabad began with a One beyond reach and without limit. Now it lands on the closest truth of all: that same One is not far at all. Hajoor means present, right here, closer than our own breath. The One without limit and the One right beside us turn out to be the same.

Gur kai sabad rahi-aa bharpooray — through the Guru's shabad, the Word, we see He is bharpoor, full to the brim, in everything. There is no empty corner. An earlier shabad spoke of this same fullness. And the pieces fit together. The One has no form, as the pause line said. So the One is not stuck in one shape or place. That means the One can be everywhere at once, filling it all, present to us wherever we are.

So the missing piece was never the One being here. It was our seeing. The last line says how seeing comes: gur parsaadee sach nadree aavai — by the Guru's grace, the True One comes into view. Gur parsaadee means by grace. We do not win this sight. It is given, like someone gently lifting a blindfold. Then the fruit: sachay hee sukh paavni-aa — peace comes from the True One. Not the peace of getting what we want. Not the peace of arranging the world just so. It is peace from seeing the One who was here all along. Once we see that the One is present in this moment, and every moment, what is left to worry about? That seeing is the peace.

A Question to Sit With

What might it feel like to live as if the One you're looking for is "always right here," present in this exact moment — not somewhere you have to get to?
