Every living thing is held in the Hukam, the flow that keeps it all going. Nobody stands closer to the One than you do; the One is hidden and visible in every heart. People try many routes: reading big books, smearing ashes, fasting, breathing drills. Without love and the Guru's Word, they stay hollow. When you drift, the Guru sets you back on the path. And when you look closely, it all turns out to be the One. At the centre, the opening line: the Maker has no end, and its power is pure wonder.
