Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

The one who knows the One, both within and beyond,

stays gently free and brings the wandering mind back home.

Nanak says: the true First One is over all the worlds, and its sweet nectar is found.

Knowing the One within and beyond is how the wandering mind comes home.
The deeper layer

Knowing the One both within (antar) and beyond (baahar), a person brings the wandering mind back to its home. The First One is over all the worlds (tihu lo-ee), and its sweet nectar is tasted.
