ਹਉ ਤਿਨ ਬਲਿਹਾਰੀ ਜੋ ਸਾਚੈ ਲਾਗੇ ॥
ha-o tin balihaaree jo saachai laagay.
I am a sacrifice to those who are attached to the Truth.
ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵਹਿ ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਜਾਗੇ ॥
har gun gaavahi an-din jaagay.
They sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord, and remain awake and aware night and day.
ਸਾਚਾ ਸੂਖੁ ਸਦਾ ਤਿਨ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਰਸਨਾ ਹਰਿ ਰਸਿ ਰਾਸੀ ਹੇ ॥੬॥
saachaa sookh sadaa tin antar rasnaa har ras raasee hay. ||6||
True peace fills them forever, and their tongues savor the sublime essence of the Lord. ||6||

My whole heart bows to those who hold fast to the truth.
They sing in wonder and stay awake and aware, day and night.
A steady peace fills them, and every word from them tastes of the One.
Be grateful for the people who live close to what is true.
Gratitude, pure and simple, for the people who hold fast to Truth. Being near them is itself a blessing.
