Says Kabir, now I know my Lord; the Guru has blessed me with spiritual wisdom.

I have met the Lord, and I am emancipated within; now, my mind does not wander at all. ||4||2||

Kabir says: now I know the One. The Guru gave me wisdom and helped me understand.
I have met the One deep inside me, and now my mind, which used to wander everywhere, does not wander anywhere.
When you find what you were seeking, the restless searching quiets.
The resolution: 'gur gi-aan dee-aa samjhaa-ay' — the Guru opened understanding, and 'antargat har bhayti-aa' — the One was met within. The mark of arrival is 'man kathoo na jaa-ay' — the mind that used to roam now stays home. Wisdom received (grace, not force) settles the restless mind.
