Maaroo, Fifth Mehl:
ਚਰਨ ਕਮਲ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਰਾਖੇ ਚੀਤਿ ॥
charan kamal parabh raakhay cheet.
I have enshrined the lotus feet of God within my consciousness.
ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵਹ ਨੀਤਾ ਨੀਤ ॥
har gun gaavah neetaa neet.
I sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord, continually, continuously.
ਤਿਸੁ ਬਿਨੁ ਦੂਜਾ ਅਵਰੁ ਨ ਕੋਊ ॥
tis bin doojaa avar na ko-oo.
There is none other than Him at all.
ਆਦਿ ਮਧਿ ਅੰਤਿ ਹੈ ਸੋਊ ॥੧॥
aad maDh ant hai so-oo. ||1||
He alone exists, in the beginning, in the middle, and in the end. ||1||

I have kept the One's gentle presence in my heart, and I sing His goodness again and again.
There is no other beside Him; He is there at the beginning, all through the middle, and at the end.
The One who is there at the start is there at the end too.
The gentle presence (charan kamal) is held in the heart; the One is steady through all of time - beginning, middle, and end (aad madh ant) - including the end.
