ਪੰਚ ਤਤੁ ਮਿਲਿ ਕਾਇਆ ਕੀਨੀ ॥
panch tat mil kaa-i-aa keenee.

ਤਿਸ ਮਹਿ ਰਾਮ ਰਤਨੁ ਲੈ ਚੀਨੀ ॥
tis meh raam ratan lai cheenee.
Know that the Lord's jewel is within it.
ਆਤਮ ਰਾਮੁ ਰਾਮੁ ਹੈ ਆਤਮ ਹਰਿ ਪਾਈਐ ਸਬਦਿ ਵੀਚਾਰਾ ਹੇ ॥੭॥
aatam raam raam hai aatam har paa-ee-ai sabad veechaaraa hay. ||7||
The soul is the Lord, and the Lord is the soul; contemplating the Shabad, the Lord is found. ||7||

Your body is woven from the five simple elements of the world.
And tucked inside it is a shining jewel — the presence of the One.
Your very soul and the One are not two separate things. Rest in the Word, and you find that the One was inside you all along.
There is a shining jewel inside you: the One was there all along.
The body of panch tat (five elements) holds the ratan (jewel) of the One. Aatam raam raam hai aatam — the soul is the One and the One is the soul — and the One is found by reflecting on the sabad.
