In the body-fortress is the palace; God is the True Master of this Palace. The True Lord established His True Throne there. ||12||
Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
The one who gets clear understanding from the Perfect Guru finally knows the home, the doorway, the temple, all inside.
This body is a fortress with a palace in it, and the True One is the Master living there.
On that steady, true throne, the One is seated forever.
The temple you are looking for is built inside you.
Kaa-i-aa garh is the body-fortress, a recurring image in Maaroo: the temple you look for is built within you. The True One is enthroned inside on a sach takhat, a true and unshakable seat. The picture of an inner palace is offered as wonder, not doctrine.
A Question to Sit With
If your body is a home for the One, how would you keep it?
