In plain words

When you have the good to lean on,

the fear of endings lifts, peace comes, and the puffed-up ache heals.

When you have the good to lean on, fear lifts, peace comes, and the puffed-up ache heals.
The deeper layer

The rahao: "whoever has You for support has the fear of death removed; peace is found, and the disease of egotism is taken away." Three gifts of leaning on the good: fear of endings eased, peace given, and the ache of ego healed. Ego is again framed as an illness that gets cured. For a child: when you have the good to lean on, fear lifts, peace comes, and the puffed-up ache heals.

A Question to Sit With

What do you lean on that takes your fear away and brings you peace?
